Application scope of high-speed mixer:

High speed mixer is particularly suitable for uniform mixing of solid-liquid, solid powder, powder powder, and powder liquid. Discharge valves: ball valves, butterfly valves, and gate valves are available for selection. High speed mixer products are widely used in fine chemicals, feed, electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, biology, medicine, non-metallic mining, building materials, coatings, dyes, fertilizers, and metal powders for better mixing. For shear sensitive crystalline powders, batch products are mixed and the liquid is mixed into the solid.

A dedicated person must be responsible for starting and operating the high-speed mixer, and strictly follow the operating procedures.

Inspection items before operation

1. Check the equipment connection parts in detail. They must be tightened and not loose.
2. Whether each moving part is flexible, whether the agitator is firmly installed, and whether the spindle rotates lightly.
3. The V-belt should be tightened evenly, and the bolts on the motor base plate should be tightened and not loose.
4. The inside of the mixing container and the discharging body should be cleaned and free of dirt.
5. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the sign.

Precautions when operating the equipment

1. The motor should run smoothly without abnormal sound. Check regularly whether the temperature rise is normal.
2. Check whether rotating parts such as spindle bearings and triangle pulleys are operating normally. If there is abnormal noise or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Damaged parts should be replaced and repaired immediately.
3. When changing the color of the material machine, the mixing container and discharge parts must be cleaned.
4. Equipment feeding shall not exceed the high loading factor. When the equipment is running, if plasticizer is added, it should be added slowly. The plasticizer should not be poured into the machine suddenly, causing local material agglomeration, causing a sudden increase in load and damaging the equipment.
