The SYH multi-directional motion mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, metallurgical, light industry, and research institutions. It can mix powdery or granular materials with good fluidity very evenly, ensuring that the mixed materials achieve a good mixing state.

Features:

Due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel, there are numerous points for material cross-mixing within the barrel, resulting in high mixing efficiency and a uniformity rate of over 99.9%. The loading factor can reach 0.9 (compared to 0.4-0.6 for ordinary mixers), with short mixing time and high efficiency. The mixer's mixing barrel features a unique design, with the inner wall of the barrel being finely polished, eliminating dead zones and preventing material contamination. It also boasts convenient material discharge, easy cleaning, and simple operation.

Working principle:

During operation, the mixer's multi-directional rotating action accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process. It also avoids the segregation and accumulation of materials due to centrifugal force, which commonly occurs in conventional mixers.
