Overview:
The cycloidal pin wheel reducer connects the central screw and the outer helical belt, ensuring they rotate at the same speed. During operation, the central screw lifts the mixed material from the bottom to the top, while the outer helical belt, with its higher linear velocity, lifts the material from bottom to top along the conical cylinder wall. Under the influence of centrifugal force, these two motions throw the material in a tangential direction into space, causing strong convection, shear, and diffusion of the material, thus achieving the purpose of rapid mixing. (The screw can also be designed as a reverse screw.).
