Working principle:

The powdery material is quantified from the vibrating hopper through the transverse spiral feeder, and is evenly added to the main flake rolling hopper to maintain a constant amount of material particles in the main flake rolling hopper. The powder is pre-compressed and transported to the arc-shaped grooves of the two pressure rollers. Semi-oblate arc grooves or diamond-shaped grooves with the same shape are evenly distributed on the surfaces of the two pressure rollers. They are driven by the meshing of a pair of gears. The two pressure rollers rotate at the same speed and in opposite directions, biting the material transported to the slot by the conical spiral into the slot and forcing it to be compressed instantly. After the material is compressed, as the pressure gradually decreases, under the action of its elasticity and gravity, the material flows out of the slot. It falls off and enters the crushing and granulating system, and then is screened and classified according to the user's particle size requirements to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements. The powder that falls off the screen is returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
