Principle:

The EYH series two-dimensional motion mixer is primarily composed of three major parts: the rotating drum, the oscillating frame, and the frame. The rotating drum is mounted on the oscillating frame, supported by four rollers, and axially positioned by two stop rollers. Among the four supporting rollers, two drive rollers are driven by a rotating power system to rotate the rotating drum. The oscillating frame is driven by a set of crank and oscillating rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The oscillating frame is supported on the frame by bearing assemblies.

Features:

The rotating drum of the EYH two-dimensional motion mixer can perform two motions simultaneously: one is the rotation of the rotating drum, and the other is the swinging motion of the rotating drum along with the swing frame. The mixed material inside the rotating drum rotates, flips, and mixes as the drum rotates, and simultaneously undergoes a back-and-forth mixing motion as the drum swings. Under the combined action of these two motions, the material achieves thorough mixing in a short period of time. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powdered and granular materials.
