Overview:

This model consists of a container, a spiral mixing blade, and transmission components. The spiral blade is typically made in two or three layers. The outer spiral collects materials from both sides towards the center, while the inner spiral transports materials from the center to both sides, forming convection mixing. The volume can be made circular, allowing for the use of a jacket for reaction and drying.
