Product Introduction
Fluidized bed drying, also known as fluidized bed, consists of an air filter, heater, fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operation console. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, the selection of dust removal equipment can be considered based on specific needs. Both a cyclone separator and a bag filter can be chosen simultaneously, or only one of them can be selected. Generally, for materials with a higher specific gravity, such as granules and granular materials, only a cyclone separator is required. For lighter small granular and powdered materials, a bag filter should be equipped, and pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors are also available for selection.
Bulk solid materials are fed into the fluidized bed dryer through a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and then sent into the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, where it contacts the solid materials through a distribution plate, forming fluidization and achieving heat and mass exchange between gas and solid. The dried materials are discharged through the discharge outlet, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, passing through a cyclone separator group and a bag filter to recover solid powder before being vented.
Steam, electricity, and hot air furnaces can all be equipped (as per user requirements).
Working Principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so drying can be achieved in a relatively short period of time. If using a continuous type, the material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes boiling and drying for tens of seconds to several minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment generally operates under negative pressure.
Adapt to Materials
◎ Drying operations for pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Such as: active pharmaceutical ingredients, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered materials. The applicable particle size range is generally 0.1~6mm, with a recommended particle size of 0.5~3mm.

Installation Instructions
◎ All equipment should be placed flatly and secured with foot screws, ensuring that all components are well sealed.
◎ The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-built soundproof room. The layout can be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
