Main uses

Working principle

The machine is composed of a feeding hopper, a grading wheel, a crushing blade, a ring gear, a crushing motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, a collecting box, a vacuum box, etc. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is processed by the high-speed rotating blades. Crushing, adjust the distance between the grading wheel and the grading plate to achieve the required material fineness, and the high-speed rotating fan blades will achieve the required fineness. Materials are led from the crushing chamber to the collection box bags. Materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust generated by the collection box bags is collected by the dust collection box. This unit is designed according to "GMP" standards, with simple structure and easy operation. It is easy to clean, has low noise and high output. The machine is made of stainless steel and there is no dust flying during the crushing process.
