Working principle:

The main mechanism of the JCFJ series internal grading mechanical crusher consists of a crushing chamber component composed of an impact hammer block and a lining plate fixed on the outer circumference of the crushing turntable. It is connected to the drive motor through a transmission belt and horizontally installed on the frame; The middle of the crushing chamber is equipped with an intake pipe; The grading chamber components consisting of the worm gear classifier and exhaust pipe are placed above the crushing chamber cylinder; The grading chamber and exhaust pipe end face are equipped with gas seal isolation to prevent coarse powder from entering the finished product. There is gas seal protection in front of the rotor rolling bearing to prevent fine powder from entering the rolling bearing. The entire device is simple and compact. When crushing, the material to be crushed is evenly sent to the grading chamber by the feeding device, where it is pre graded. The qualified particles in the raw material are classified and discharged from the exhaust pipe. The coarse particles enter the crushing chamber and are crushed under the high-speed impact and grinding action of the impact hammer block. The crushed material is transported to the worm gear classifier for pre grading under the upward airflow entering through the intake pipe. The qualified particles are classified and discharged from the exhaust pipe together with the exhaust gas, and then collected as products. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber again for further crushing. The product collection section consists of a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector, and a centrifugal fan, which collect qualified crushed products.
