PGL-B spray drying granulator is suitable for preparing granules, capsules, tablets or coating granules of Chinese patent medicines.
Features:
● Multi-fluid atomizer, more suitable for products with polysaccharide ingredients, strong viscosity or heat sensitivity.
● After important modifications have been made to the spray drying chamber, collection chamber, fluidized bed and secondary air supply system, the spray drying characteristics can be more appropriately demonstrated. ● Design, manufacture and layout in accordance with "GMP" requirements.
● Realize continuous extract spray process.
● Easy to operate and reliable.
● Improve spray drying efficiency.
● It is more stable than FL type fluidization, improves fluidization drying intensity, and overcomes the "dead bed" phenomenon.
