Main purpose:

Working principle:

This machine consists of a hopper, a vibration chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor and transmitted to the main axis. In an unbalanced state, it generates centrifugal force, forcing the material to change and form a vortex in the sieve. The amplitude of the heavy hammer regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and sieve screens. The whole machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
