Principle:

The turnover hopper is the main turnover container in the solid preparation production process. Materials can be used for different purposes in the same container, achieving frequent processes such as no material transfer or addition, effectively preventing dust and cross contamination. Fully comply with the GMP requirements for drug production.

The square rounded powder mobile silo (powder turnover hopper/powder turnover tank) is used for sealed temporary storage and powder turnover. The powder storage is safe, moisture resistant, and effectively prevents dust pollution. It is suitable for powder industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, energy, plastics, and chemicals.

4. The clamp type bucket cover quick lock structure formed by stamping is easy to open, equipped with pharmaceutical grade white silicone sealing ring, with good sealing performance.

5. The specially designed large-diameter quick release butterfly valve at the bottom of the cone is easy to open and comes with a pharmaceutical grade white silicone sealing ring. The operating handle has an automatic positioning locking function, which is sensitive and accurate in opening or closing to prevent accidental operation.

6. Four PU mobile casters (including two universal with brakes) can effectively protect the self leveling ground from damage, with lightweight movement and low noise.
