Principle:

The QG series pulse air flow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment that adopts the principle of instantaneous drying. It uses the rapid movement of heat carrying air to drive wet materials and suspend them in the hot air. This strengthens the entire drying process and improves the speed of heat and mass transfer. The non bound moisture of the materials dried by air flow can be almost completely removed, and the dried materials will not produce deterioration. The output can be significantly improved compared to general drying machines, and users can achieve high economic benefits in the short term.

Adaptation materials

This type of equipment is suitable for a wide range of materials. In addition to the materials mentioned in the basic model, it also includes: A.B.C intermediates, A.B.S resin, A.S.C, white carbon black, benzotriazole, tea seed meal, oxalic acid catalyst, accelerator m.d.m, catalyst, precipitated carbon powder, p-acetylaminobenzene sulfonamide, p-aminosalicylic acid, doxepin, terephthalic acid, diethylbenzyl ammonium, titanium dioxide, activated carbon, sodium fluorosilicate, fluorspar, silica gel powder, synthetic resin, calcium phosphate, polypropylene resin, aureomycin, sodium pyrosilicate, furfuryl chloroacetate, coffee residue, tetracycline, ferric oxide, calcium carbonate, corn protein, ferric oxide, gypsum retarder, etc. It is mainly recommended for drying wood powder, wood chips, rice bran, and bran. These materials have unique characteristics: they are lightweight, difficult to feed, flammable, and explosive. In response to this situation, our company's technical department has developed a new type of airflow dryer. Based on the original airflow dryer, we have improved the feeding method to solve the "bridging" phenomenon. We have innovatively improved the cyclone separator to solve the problem of material rolling and not discharging. The system is integrated, controlled, and equipped with overtemperature alarm and interlock to shut down the heat source, effectively solving the combustion and explosion problems caused by excessive temperature.
