The CWF-515 ultrafine crusher is the largest model in our CWF series ultrafine crusher. It demonstrates our strong capabilities in terms of machine performance (especially output and fineness), overall configuration, and workmanship. The three roller design combined with the air pressure regulation system fully demonstrates the performance of the machine. The machine is equipped with a pulse dust removal aggregate tank, which can achieve dust-free aggregate that meets GMP requirements. The host speed can be adjusted according to the needs of the material. Generally between 200r/min and 600r/min, fan speed: 3000r/min. The grinding wheel and track have undergone heat treatment, with an HRC of 55~58. As a highly integrated machine in ultrafine crushers, CWF-515 has been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and tea.
Principle:
The working principle of this machine is the same as that of traditional Chinese medicine research ships, and the crushing principle of the foot operated grinding wheel is the same. The grinding wheel rolls around the track with appropriate pressure, repeatedly crushing the material to the desired fineness during the rolling process. Due to the shearing effect of the double-sided cutting edges of the grinding wheel, it also cooperates with crushing, especially for fibrous materials. During the crushing process, fine materials float up and are sucked in by the fan, discharged into the cyclone collection tank, and the bag exhausts the gas, leaving the finished powder in the bag.
Application:
The CWF series of ultrafine pulverizers can be widely used for ultrafine pulverization of dry materials in various industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, pesticides, biology, cosmetics, food, feed, chemical, ceramics, etc. Especially for fibrous materials (such as Chinese herbal medicine, Ganoderma lucidum, etc.), high toughness materials (such as animal horns, cotton, etc.), and high hardness materials (such as diamond, ceramics, etc.), the crushing effect is even better.
Features:
1. Pneumatic control, convenient, fast, and effortless. 2. The core working components have a longer lifespan after heat treatment. 3. The metal content of the processed material is slightly lower. The use of pneumatic systems further improves energy efficiency. 5. The powder collection rate is high, and the exhaust dust content at the end of the aggregate tank is very low. 6. The structure is rigorous and reasonable, the electronic control operation is centralized and comprehensive, and the operation is convenient.
