Main purpose:

The QLDJ series fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is a new generation of ultrafine airflow pulverization equipment, which integrates multi nozzle technology, fluidized bed technology, and horizontal classification technology, realizing a combination technology system of flow field diversification, material layer fluidization, horizontal classification, and electromechanical integration. It is the development direction of airflow pulverization. This machine can not only produce ultrafine powder, but also has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution, high uniformity, easy control of particle shape, good product dispersion, and no abrasive wear pollution. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, mining, energy, electronics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, plastics, papermaking, pigment coatings, dyes, abrasives, food, cosmetics, as well as some special materials. For example, ultrafine grinding of high-purity powder products such as polymer materials, electromagnetic materials, magnetic materials, semiconductor materials, fine chemical powder materials, catalysts, reagents and chemicals, propellants, etc.

Working principle:

The QLDJ series fluidized bed airflow crusher consists of a gas source section, a feeding section, a crushing section, a product grading section, and a product collection section. The clean compressed air with a certain pressure and flow rate provided by the gas source and the solid particles provided by the feeding part are mixed in the crushing chamber to form a gas-solid two-phase flow. The supersonic airflow generated by the nozzle causes the solid particles to collide with each other and achieve crushing. Then, the grading part at the top of the host separates the particles that have reached a certain fineness from the crushing chamber, and the product collection part collects and packages the products.
