1. Tube bundle dryer

2. High-speed mixing dryer

3. Rotary flash dryer.

       In terms of the quality of dried products, the high-speed agitated dryer is ideal, followed by the rotary flash dryer and the tube bundle dryer.

       In terms of the cost of dry products, the cost of tube bundle dryers is low, followed by high-speed agitated dryers and rotary flash dryers. Tube bundle dryers use steam as the heat source, while other dryers use mechanical grate coal-fired hot air stoves or manually fired hot air stoves.

The tube bundle dryer system has a simple composition but a complex structure, with many maintenance points. The high-speed agitated dryer and rotary flash dryer have simple structures and are relatively easy to maintain,.

       Although the tube bundle dryer is characterized by high efficiency, due to the high viscosity of monosodium glutamate (MSG) mycelium protein, which is difficult to handle with a tube bundle dryer, the back-mixing process is employed.
