Plasma protein is the main solid component in plasma, with a content of 60-80g/L. There are various types of plasma proteins with different functions. The domestic animal protein industry is in a rapid development stage, and animal protein is widely used as a feed additive in feed production, while its application in food is still at a relatively low level. Pig blood is rich in protein and is known as the "liquid meat". The deep processing of pig blood has broad prospects. Plasma hemocyte egg products have been widely used in the feed industry for many years, and in recent years, there is also an optimistic market prospect for extending to food grade.

This production line is integrated from multiple systems including feeding system, medium circulation system, air heating and purification system, drying tower system, feeding system, control system, etc. The main tower system integrates all technologies of the current spray drying project, and the material collection system of the spray drying unit is formed by the combination of cyclone separator and bag filter. The first level cyclone adopts a high-efficiency cyclone for collection, with a powder collection rate of about 96%. The bag filter is an optimized equipment designed specifically for egg dust removal, which can completely separate the material from the wind and settle it. The bag is a water repellent, oil proof, and anti-static bag with a filtration capacity of over 500 mesh.
